Alan B. Hale, CTC, CPLC

Alan serves as the President of TwelveSix Advisors, and is an accomplished entrepreneur, consultant, and executive coach. With a career that first started as a newspaper delivery boy at age 13, he served in the Navy with a P3 anti-submarine squadron, and then joined his family's small business. As co-owner of their travel company, the team grew it into a national powerhouse with several hundred employees and a national stature. He sold his interest in the company in 2004, and embarked on a five year stint as a consultant and advisory board leader. He then purchased a struggling e-commerce travel company and built its sales 30% per year for 9 years until selling to the world's largest competitor in the industry. Since 2018, he has been leading both TwelveSix Advisors and Carbriwalk Corporation.

However, his business life was not without challenges, like so many small business entrepreneurs. He is experienced in family business struggles, challenges with business growth, unforeseen events (9-11, Pandemic), and small business cash flow issues. He has also dealt with personnel challenges and personal/family issues that impact one's professional life in profound ways. Over the years, Alan attributes much of his ability to "weather the storms" to his faith and his participation in peer-to-peer advisory boards.

Alan is also an experienced public speaker, having done numerous speeches in a long career in the travel industry. He also serves as an Executive - Leadership Coach and has earned the CPLC (Certified Professional Leadership Coach) designation. With several hundred hours of professional training and coaching and a career as a leader spanning decades, he brings practical business experience to every speaking engagement and coaching session.
